One-year limited warranty

Effective for new orders placed on or after October 30, 2026. Earlier orders retain the warranty and service promises offered at the time of purchase.

For eligible products purchased directly from vollair.com, we provide a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered. This commercial warranty is additional to your mandatory consumer rights.

What is covered

Manufacturing and functional defects arising under normal intended use during the one-year warranty period are covered. For a confirmed covered defect, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, taking account of the fault and applicable consumer rights. Covered repairs include necessary parts and labor at no charge.

How to request service

Email sport@vollair.com with your order number, delivery date and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help us assess the issue but are not an absolute requirement for a valid claim. We aim to respond within two business days.

Contact us before sending a product. We will provide the correct service address and instructions. We cover reasonable shipping both ways for an approved covered claim using the method or label we provide. Please confirm arrangements before paying for shipping.

We aim to complete repairs within ten business days after receiving the product; transit time is additional. If diagnosis or parts require longer, we will explain the revised timing and available options. If repair is not possible within a reasonable time, we will discuss an appropriate alternative remedy. Mandatory deadlines take priority.

Exclusions

This voluntary warranty does not cover ordinary cosmetic wear that does not impair function, or faults caused by accidental impact, liquid damage, misuse or unauthorized modifications. We will not reject an unrelated defect simply because the product has been opened or handled. These exclusions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

After the warranty period

Paid service may be available. We will explain any inspection, repair and shipping charges before you agree. We do not carry out chargeable work without your approval. No additional second-year free repair service is offered for new orders under this policy.

Your statutory rights

This one-year commercial warranty does not replace, shorten or exclude any legal guarantee or other mandatory remedy. Where EU consumer law applies, the applicable minimum two-year legal guarantee and any longer protection required by national law remain unaffected. Statutory rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods continue to apply independently.
