- Tell us which F63 connections you are using at the same time.
- For an existing order, include the order number and a description of the issue.
After-sales support
One year of quality warranty and two years of free repairs, starting on delivery. Covered repairs include parts, labour and reasonable shipping both ways using the arrangements provided by support.
AC plug and configuration
The F63 listing currently has one configuration. Confirm the supplied AC plug and suitability for your delivery destination before ordering. A regional plug selector is not currently offered.
Shipping and returns
We aim to process orders in one business day. Transit estimates and destination availability depend on the service shown before payment.
Request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. For confirmed faults or incorrect items, we cover reasonable return shipping using our provided method. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
