These terms apply to your use of vollair.com and purchases made through it. “vollair”, “we” and “us” refer to the vollair store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; your retail purchase is with the identified merchant.

Using the store

Provide accurate order, payment and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Keep any account credentials secure. Do not use this site for fraud, malicious code, unauthorised access or infringement of other people’s rights.

Products and orders

Descriptions, available configurations and prices are shown on the product page. Check device compatibility, shared charging output and regional AC plug configuration before ordering. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description and any requirements applicable by law.

AI-generated setup images illustrate a setting; accessories are not included unless the product listing states otherwise. They do not override the product specifications or the item and configuration actually ordered.

Review the order total, delivery information and selected item before paying. An automated receipt acknowledges your order. Any separate acceptance step and contract-formation timing must be clearly disclosed in the checkout process; these terms do not create an undisclosed acceptance condition. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to any proposed change, or cancel and refund payments where permitted by law.

Prices, shipping and returns

The checkout displays the transaction currency and charges collected by us. Delivery and cross-border charges follow our shipping policy. Returns and cancellations follow our return and refund policy. Our commercial after-sales promise is one year of quality warranty and two years of free repair from delivery, as described in our warranty and repair policy.

Product use

Follow the instructions, ventilation guidance and stated electrical ratings. The F63 is a finished USB-C charging station and is not intended for DIY modification or use as an exposed bench power supply. Nothing here excuses a defect in the supplied product or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update terms for future orders and site use, identifying the effective date of any material change. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights or promises attached to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
